AIGA LLC (“AIGA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the BedrockOS construction operations platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you access or use the Service.

Account and Organization Data
When you create an account or your organization is provisioned on BedrockOS, we collect:
- Name, email address, and job title
- Organization name, address, and billing information
- Role and permission assignments within your organization
Operational Data
As you use the Service, we collect data you enter or upload, including:
- Project information, schedules, and work orders
- Equipment records, maintenance logs, and inspection reports
- Personnel and crew assignments
- Contracts, subcontracts, and associated documents
- Daily field reports, pour schedules, and safety records
- Photos, files, and attachments you upload
Usage and Technical Data
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service:
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service

2. How We Use Your Information

We retain your account and operational data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for data export and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

AIGA uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. File uploads are scanned for malicious content prior to storage. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure — we encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspected security issues promptly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
